• Copy of passport

• Group Visa
• Details of expenditure/receipt given by the travel agent
• Certificate mentioning about yatra completion (Issued by a travel agent, for Nepal route)
• Copy of Permit (For Nepal route)
• Central Government certificate (For Government route)
• Two passport size photos
